My name is Reuben, and I’m based in Cambridge, England. My photography journey began in mid-2022 when I borrowed my mum’s old Canon camera for a trip to Cornwall. It was during that trip that I fell in love with capturing moments through a lens. From that point, I kept using the Canon, primarily taking it to airshows, as car photography wasn’t yet on my radar.

Fast forward to August 2023, I decided to invest in my first camera: the Sony A6000. This became my trusted companion, and I absolutely loved shooting with it.

I first dipped my toes into car photography in January 2023. I visited the Porsche Centre in Cambridge, where I took some rather basic shots. Looking back, they weren’t great, but they were the starting point. From there, I practiced relentlessly, constantly learning and improving. Now, here I am today, continuing to chase my passion for photography and refining my craft one shot at a time.
I feel incredibly lucky to know people who own hypercars. One of the most special ones is my dad’s friend’s Porsche 918 Spyder Martini. I remember seeing it right after he got it—it was breathtaking. This car holds a unique place in my heart because it’s likely what sparked my love for cars. Every time I visit it, I’m blown away all over again by its combination of speed, elegance, and engineering brilliance. It’s a masterpiece that never fails to amaze me.
